1. First Phase Brief

Carry out partial or full measured building survey.

This might include any combination of the following briefs:-

Location of structural walls and beams; external elevations and internal sections; position of existing walls/patitions; perimeter highway; inspection chambers with invert levels; relative datum levels; location of all services; record photographs; position of furniture and fittings; full land survey.

Properties usually consist of trading commercial premises but have included airports, factories, stadiums and office blocks.

Traditional measuring methods are used with the addition of computer optics and lazer equipment added to suit the brief and site conditions.

2. Second Phase Brief

To draught out plans, sections and details as required, from the survey information gathered. Drawings may be manually carried out or produced using computer aided design and formatted to suit the end user.

If the latter method is used, then the completed works can be issued immediately, via email and the internet

3. Third Phase Brief

To add the proposed layout, with adjustments recorded to suit the actual survey information.

To produce multi-layered detailed working drawings for site, workshop, sub-contractors and suppliers.

4. Fourth Phase Brief

To act as central drawing co-ordinator in adding and adjusting the proposed installation of Electrical, Sprinkler, A/C, H&V etc., thereby avoiding clashing of trades.

Production of final, as fitted drawings for record purposes and maintanance manuals

5. Fith Phase Brief

To produce furniture and component setting out detailed drawings for manufacture.

6. Sixth Phase Brief

To design, produce, host and service Websites, Create email accounts, Corporate Identities, Logos, brochures, business cards, 3D solid modelling, Point of Sales etc., via our associates MonacoPrint.com.
